V-PACK's Fully Intelligent Cartoning and Palletizing Robot System: Leading the New Trend of Unmanned Production

Guangzhou V-PACK Industry's newly launched fully intelligent cartoning and palletizing robot system has successfully realized the unmanned production of the whole production line, laying a solid foundation for the continuous and high-speed development of product packaging. The system integrates a series of equipments such as automatic weighing and packing machine, automatic case opening machine, automatic case packing machine, re-checking equipment, automatic lid-folding and sealing machine, conveyor and palletizing robot, forming a highly automated packaging production system.

In the actual operation process, the automatic packaging machine will automatically pack the materials into bags of finished products that meet the standards, and these finished products will be automatically and orderly loaded into cartons according to a certain quantity after sorting, sequencing and accelerating buffer through the conveying production line. Subsequently, the automatic sealing machine completes the carton encapsulation, outputs through the logistics line, and finally the palletizing robot completes the palletizing, and loads or pulls into the warehouse.
